Step 1: Set up your profile once
After you sign up, a guided setup walks you through the essentials: your name, photo, role, phone number and the links you want to show — WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google reviews, UPI or a booking page. You can change any of it later; nothing is locked in.
Step 2: Tap or scan
Tap your CardMitra card on the other person's phone, or let them scan the QR code on it with their camera. Either way, the profile loads in their browser when they have internet access; loading time varies. They install nothing and sign up for nothing.
Step 3: They save you — and can share back
Your profile offers a contact download; visitors choose whether to save it through their phone's contact workflow. They can also choose to send their own details to your private connections inbox. Email alerts depend on configuration and delivery; check the saved enquiry rather than assuming an email arrived.
Step 4: Let CardMitra AI do the tidy-up
CardMitra AI greets each visitor based on the time of day and whether they tapped or scanned, and it can reorder your links so the most useful one appears first for that moment. Owner-triggered follow-up preparation is separate from tapping. Preview AI capabilities depend on configured services and approval; a tap never automatically sends a message.
