Find the right business before sharing
Check your listing's business name and location. If you operate several locations, use the correct listing for each invitation. A review link does not create or verify a Business Profile, and CardMitra does not claim ownership of the listing for you.
Google's labels can vary by device. Use the account that manages the profile and look for Read reviews and Get more reviews; Google's help page below explains the current process.
Share the free Google link or QR
You can put Google's review link in a message, on a receipt or on your website. Its QR code is a useful free choice for a counter or printed notice. Test the destination on another phone before printing.
A dedicated NFC card is optional, not a requirement for collecting reviews. It adds a tap interaction; a CardMitra profile adds services, contacts, directions and an optional gallery around the review link.
Connect the listing in CardMitra
In your business profile settings, search Google Maps for your actual business and select the matching name and address. Save and publish the profile, then test the directions and review destination as a visitor.
If search cannot find your listing, the manual review-link field remains an alternative. Use a Google-owned HTTPS link and check that it opens the intended business.
Ask for honest reviews, not a particular rating
Invite all customers to describe their own experience. Do not offer discounts, gifts or payment for reviews, and do not ask only people who first selected a high rating.
Private feedback can be an additional channel, but it should not replace the Google review opportunity for dissatisfied customers. CardMitra offers equal Google access for ratings from one to five.
When the review form does not open
Check the link without a shortened-link redirect if possible, confirm the selected business and try another browser. The customer may need to sign in to Google. Google controls whether reviews are available for a listing.
CardMitra cannot preselect Google's stars or automatically paste or submit text. Optional copied text must be reviewed by the customer and posted on Google by that customer; an opened page is not proof that a review was submitted.
