CardMitra guide: Google review cards for restaurants

A restaurant can share a Google review link, QR notice or compatible NFC card to invite guests to describe their visit. Check the correct listing, keep the invitation optional and offer equal Google access regardless of satisfaction. CardMitra can show the review destination alongside restaurant details; guests choose their stars and submit on Google themselves.

Connect the right restaurant location

Search for your own restaurant in CardMitra business settings, check the name and address, then save and publish. Test directions and the review destination as a guest, including each branch if relevant.

This is a suggested workflow, not a CardMitra customer case study. Add only your actual business details and photos you have permission to publish.

Make a neutral, optional invitation

Try: 'If you would like to share your experience, our review link is here.' Do not ask for a particular rating, check satisfaction before offering Google or watch the guest complete the review.

A receipt or QR notice can work without NFC hardware. Do not require guests to hand over their phones or interrupt service to complete a review.

Prepare staff for failed taps

Offer QR or a direct link when NFC does not respond. The page needs internet, and Google may require sign-in. Staff should not select stars, write or submit a review from a shared account.

Optional copied wording must describe the guest's real visit and be reviewed by that guest. CardMitra cannot automatically fill Google's form.

Handle complaints without hiding Google

A one-star guest must have the same chance to open Google as a five-star guest. Optional private feedback is separate; help with a complaint must not depend on changing a review.

Do not exchange drinks, discounts or prizes for reviews. An opened link is not a published review, and CardMitra guarantees neither review growth nor rankings. Physical-card ordering remains preview-only.
