100% Hardware Defect Free Replacement
Every CardMitra card undergoes dual-stage NFC frequency testing prior to dispatch. If your card arrives with a defective NFC chip, damaged RFID antenna, or incorrect laser engraving, we will reprint and ship a brand new card to you at zero cost within 48 hours of verification.
Order Cancellation Window
Because each card is custom laser-engraved with your unique name and QR code, orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time BEFORE laser etching begins (typically within 4 hours of placing the order). Once engraving commences, personalized materials cannot be restocked.
Damage in Transit
If your parcel arrives opened or physically cracked during courier transit, please take photo evidence of the packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery and email help@cardmitra.com. We will initiate an expedited replacement.
Preview Mode Notice
During the current public preview phase of CardMitra, all product checkouts operate as preview orders. No real credit card or UPI charges are collected, meaning no monetary transaction has taken place.
