I run Designux India, an AI based full service digital marketing agency in Gurugram. Over four years we have worked with more than 200 brands across India and abroad, and the same sentence came up in almost every project: our service is good, our Google rating does not show it.
Asking customers for reviews is awkward. Sending a link is forgettable. A card sitting on the counter that opens the review page in one tap is neither. That is the whole idea, and once the card was on the table, everything else our clients needed on a chip followed.

I am Ayush Kumar. For the last four years I have run Designux India, an AI based full service digital marketing agency in Gurugram working with over 200 brands across India and internationally: websites, performance marketing, brand systems and automation.
Reviews came up constantly. Not because clients did not deserve them, but because asking is uncomfortable and remembering to ask is harder. Staff forget, customers leave, and the rating sits still while a worse competitor two streets away climbs past you.
CardMitra started as a fix for our own clients: a card that lives at the counter, takes one tap and opens the review page instantly. It worked, so we built the rest on the same chip and the same dashboard.
We are small on purpose. You get a designer who reads your brief and a number that answers on WhatsApp. That is the mitra part.
